Rafael har bred erfarenhet frần IKT-, fastighets-, bygg samt energisektorerna och totalt medverkat cirka 300 byggprojekt. För närvarande arbetar Rafael med att lösa problem i vätskebuma system och har stor erfarenhet av problemlösning i nya tekniker.
I ett forskningsprojekt i Stockholms Stads miljötekniknätverk "Cleantech Högdalen" fann Rafael en lösning som innebar att befintliga komponenter kunde ateranvãndas i en ny konfiguration, vilket besparade projektet runt
600 000 kronor. 2
På Nordbygg 2022 presenterade han resultaten for ett forskningsprojekt som initierats av Installatörsföretagen och finansierats av SBUF (Svenska Byggbranschens utbildningsfond) och som väckt mycket stor uppmärksamhet, bland annat för att det framgår hur mycket energi som kan sparas med enkla medel.

I have a wide experience of sales and marketing, and find it exhilarating to take a personal responsibility for everything it takes to create the attention a company needs in order to create long-term sales.
As a consultant I have played a key role in some of the largest ICT projects in Sweden, for instance as systems designer, specifier and procurement officer for the Swedish Mail new headquarters.
Over the years I have participated in more than 300 building projects, and performed inspections of some 3500 building installations.
I am very social and love to meet decision makers on their own premises, which has enabled me to establish a substantial social network within, mainly, the construction, facilities and electronics industries.
I've also been said to be a proficient presenter with a special knack for explaining user value of complex systems, and asked to speak at conferences, seminars, trade shows etc. several times a year.
